This notice covers the enquiry form on this website. Wrenfield Estate Law is a fictional firm and this page is demonstration copy.

What the form collects Your name, email address, telephone number, what brought you here, how you prefer to be contacted, and whatever you write in your own words. The form also records which page you sent it from and the moment you started filling it in, which is how we tell a person from an automated submission.

Where it goes The form is emailed to the firm and read by the two attorneys here. It is not sold, rented, shared with marketing services, or passed to anyone outside the firm.

How long we keep it If you become a client, your enquiry becomes part of the client file and is kept for as long as we are required to keep that file. If you do not, we delete the enquiry after two years.

Confidentiality Sending this form does not create an attorney and client relationship, and nothing you send through it is privileged until we have agreed to act for you. Please do not send account numbers or anything confidential until we have spoken.

Asking for deletion Write to hello@wrenfieldlaw.example or call 650-555-0142 and ask us to delete your enquiry. We will do it and confirm by reply.
