Beneficiary representation
You are on the receiving end and being told very little. We act for you, and not also for the trustee.
A beneficiary is entitled to information: a copy of the trust, notice of the administration, and on demand an accounting. Silence from a trustee is common and it is not lawful past a point.
Most of these resolve on the accounting. The demand is made, the records are produced, and what looked like concealment turns out to be disorganization, or does not.
